Castle then monitors those transactions for savings opportunities, and provides end-to-end support to claim tax credits and rebates for any eligible expenses.   • Realtors, property managers, and home service professionals work with Castle to deliver the next level of premium service to their customers. Castle’s on-call concierge assists homeowners with all of their home finance questions and needs (from account set-up to tax credit eligibility), making homeowners happier and saving home service professionals time to focus on their core business.

Position Overview:

The Business Operations Associate will play a critical role in managing back office operations, supporting inbound sales efforts, and enhancing the customer support and success functions. This role requires a data-driven individual with a high attention to detail who is comfortable operating in an environment of ambiguity.

What you'll do:

  • Back Office Operations:

    • Lead critical back office functions to ensure a smooth customer experience.

    • Assist in developing ways to streamline and automate manual processes.

  • Sales Support:

    • Support the sales function by managing inbound inquiries and conducting consultation calls with leads.

    • Conduct research to identify new customer prospects and potential partnership opportunities, and inform strategies to engage new customer and partnership leads.

  • Customer Support and Success:

    • Provide exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.


  • Proven experience in business operations, sales, or customer success roles.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and team members.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

  • Proficient using Hubspot, or similar CRM tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn new internal tools to drive operational efficiency.
