Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and referrals to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to each prospect’s business needs and challenges.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust, loyalty, and repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve win-win outcomes for both the company and the client.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer success, and product to deliver value-driven solutions.
- Analyze client needs and industry trends to position offerings effectively and stay competitive in the market.
- Achieve or exceed sales quotas and other performance metrics set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system for tracking leads, opportunities, and account activities.
- Represent the company at events and industry gatherings to enhance brand visibility and build professional networks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or related industries.
- 2–5 years of sales experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities with a history of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and value delivery.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends within the target industry.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, events, and conferences.
