Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
- Identify and target mid-market accounts with high growth potential in assigned territories or industries.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations tailored to client needs and pain points.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Develop account strategies to maximize revenue growth and retention.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing in alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
- Accurately forecast sales pipeline and report progress toward quarterly and annual targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to position solutions effectively.
- Ensure a smooth handoff to the customer success team to drive onboarding, adoption, and long-term client satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a mid-market segment.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer needs and translate them into solutions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and customer success.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
