Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Develop strategic plans for each account, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term partnerships.
  • Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets, renewing contracts, and expanding services within existing accounts.
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure successful execution of client projects, campaigns, or service delivery.
  • Serve as the lead liaison between the client and internal departments (e.g., product, support, finance) to ensure smooth communication.
  • Manage contract renewals, pricing discussions, and terms to maintain mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Quickly identify and resolve client issues or concerns, escalating when necessary to maintain client trust.
  • Regularly monitor and report on account health, KPIs, and deliverables to both internal leadership and the client.
  • Provide clients with relevant industry insights, trends, and recommendations to help them succeed.
  • Support junior team members, share best practices, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Minimum Qualifications

  • In Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven success managing key client relationships, preferably in a B2B or enterprise setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust with senior-level stakeholders and represent the company professionally.
  • Capable of managing multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM and account management tools.
  • Comfortable using data to track account performance and identify opportunities or risks.
  • Skilled in renewals, upsells, and maintaining profitable relationships.
  • Works well cross-functionally with departments like sales, marketing, support, and product.
  • A commitment to delivering value and ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
