Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex, high-value sales processes from prospecting to negotiation and closing, typically involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Create and implement a plan to target key enterprise accounts within the eastern U.S. region, aligning with revenue goals.
  • Engage decision-makers and influencers at the executive level to understand their business needs and build trust.
  • Prospect and expand the enterprise pipeline by identifying opportunities within both new and existing accounts.
  • Present tailored, value-driven product demonstrations that address the specific pain points of enterprise clients.
  • Partner with sales engineers, solutions architects, product managers, legal, and customer success to deliver a seamless buyer experience.
  • Manage procurement, legal, and pricing discussions to close complex enterprise deals, often involving multi-year agreements.
  • Maintain a reliable pipeline and forecast by keeping CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) up to date with opportunity status.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value and ensure long-term customer success.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the competitive landscape and emerging trends to effectively position the company’s solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • In Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven success in selling to large, complex organizations, ideally within the tech or SaaS space.
  • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar sales targets.
  • Ability to manage deals involving multiple stakeholders, legal, procurement, and technical evaluations.
  • Confident engaging with and presenting to C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) for pipeline management, forecasting, and sales tracking.
  • Ability to develop and execute a territory/account plan aligned with business goals in the eastern U.S. region.
  • Understanding of enterprise sales frameworks like MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling, or similar.
  • Experience working closely with product, marketing, legal, customer success, and technical teams.
  • Available for occasional travel to meet with enterprise clients, attend conferences, or support in-person presentations.
