Responsibilities:
- Generate leads, prospect potential clients, and build a pipeline to meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demos to prospective customers, showcasing value and benefits.
- Lead negotiations, address objections, and finalize agreements to successfully close sales.
- Consistently hit individual and team revenue targets through proactive selling and account management.
- Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to post-sale follow-up and renewal opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align solutions with customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, report progress, and analyze performance metrics.
- Monitor market changes, competitor offerings, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Share customer insights and feedback with internal teams to improve offerings and address market demands.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
- Proven sales experience, ideally in a B2B environment or within a specific industry (e.g., tech, SaaS, advertising).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage clients and clearly present solutions.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, confident handling objections and finalizing deals.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to understanding and solving client challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn to keeps up with industry trends, product updates, and new sales strategies.
