Location: San Francisco, Austin and New York
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, ensuring satisfaction and strong business rapport.
- Regularly assess the client’s business goals and recommend products or services that align with their needs.
- Oversee the daily operations of client accounts, ensuring smooth delivery and addressing any issues promptly.
- Present proposals, updates, and performance reports directly to clients and stakeholders.
- Work closely with sales, operations, customer support, and other departments to fulfill client requirements.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure account success and report on progress regularly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve concerns or service disruptions with urgency and professionalism.
- Assist in renewing agreements or upselling additional services based on client satisfaction and needs.
- Make sure all account activities and processes are compliant with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Spot chances for account expansion, such as cross-selling or upselling, and initiate strategies to pursue them.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally in an onsite or client-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with clients professionally and effectively in person.
- Strong problem solving abilities, able to handle challenges and client concerns on the spot.
- Organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple accounts and tasks efficiently on-site.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and reporting systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage client data and performance.
- Customer first mindset, committed to understanding and meeting client needs to maintain long-term relationships.
- Negotiation and presentation skills, able to pitch ideas, present updates, and close deals in person.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while coordinating with remote teams when necessary.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, represents the company positively during all client interactions.
