Location: San Francisco

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire customer onboarding and product rollout process — from kickoff to go-live — ensuring timelines, deliverables, and expectations are met.
  • Serve as the main point of contact during implementation, maintaining clear, consistent communication and building strong relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and needs, and translate those into technical and functional requirements for the product or engineering teams.
  • Set up and tailor the platform to meet customer-specific workflows, data structures, and user preferences, often without needing engineering support.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure a seamless implementation experience.
  • Create detailed implementation plans, track progress, manage risks, and adjust strategies as needed to stay on schedule and within scope.
  • Deliver onboarding sessions, training workshops, and documentation to ensure users understand how to use the product effectively.
  • Track engagement and performance post-implementation to identify adoption trends or blockers, and work with teams to drive value realization.
  • Proactively manage challenges during rollout, coordinate issue resolution, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback and use cases to product teams to influence roadmap decisions and enhance the product experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • In Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience may also be accepted
  • In implementation, onboarding, project management, or customer-facing technical roles. Experience in SaaS, software, or enterprise technology is a strong plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable interacting with clients, managing expectations, and communicating technical concepts clearly
  • Ability to understand and configure software products
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation phases efficiently
  • Strong attention to documentation, timelines, and scope management
  • Passion for delivering great user experiences and helping clients succeed
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar systems
  • Able to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams.
