Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and target high-value accounts that align with the company's ideal customer profile (ICP).
  • Initiate contact with senior decision-makers through personalized, strategic outreach (emails, calls, social selling).
  • Ask thoughtful, open-ended questions to uncover prospect challenges, priorities, and buying triggers.
  • Work in tandem with Enterprise AEs to develop account-based strategies and ensure a smooth handoff.
  • Leverage a combination of phone, email, LinkedIn, and events to drive engagement across accounts.
  • Maintain a curated book of top enterprise accounts.
  • Log all outreach activities, meeting notes, and account insights accurately.
  • Understand the challenges and opportunities facing enterprise clients.
  • Be accountable for generating qualified opportunities that convert into revenue.
  • Share what’s resonating with prospects and what’s not.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • In Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Preferably in B2B SaaS, tech, or enterprise-level sales environments
  • Clear, persuasive verbal and written communication, especially when engaging C-level executives
  • Proficiency in platforms like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Track record of achieving goals related to outreach, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution
  • Ability to understand enterprise business challenges and articulate value propositions effectively
  • Can manage a large volume of accounts and tasks efficiently while prioritizing strategic outreach
  • Takes initiative, works independently, and thrives in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments
  • Willingness to collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales leadership
  • Open to feedback and eager to continuously improve skills and performance
