Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategic approach to identify and pursue enterprise-level prospects that align with the company’s ideal customer profile.
  • Own the entire sales process from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing, ensuring a smooth handoff to post-sales teams.
  • Engage with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers to understand business objectives and align the solution to their needs.
  • Customize presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to address specific customer challenges and goals.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline and accurately forecast quarterly and annual sales performance to meet or exceed quota.
  • Work closely with Sales Engineers, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop long-term account plans to expand relationships, increase contract value, and reduce churn.
  • Lead high-value negotiations with procurement and legal teams to structure deals that satisfy both company and client requirements.
  • Monitor market developments, competitor activity, and emerging enterprise needs to shape sales strategy and product positioning.
  • Relay insights from enterprise clients to internal teams to help influence product development, messaging, and overall GTM strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex SaaS or technology solutions to large organizations.
  • Experience consistently achieving sales targets in a high-performance environment.
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders and clearly articulate value propositions.
  • Comfort managing multi-stage sales processes with multiple stakeholders involved.
  • Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms for pipeline and activity management.
  • Proven ability to navigate procurement, legal, and pricing discussions with enterprise clients.
  • Ability to understand customer business needs and align solutions to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales Engineers, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
  • Availability for in-person meetings and on-site presentations when required (depending on territory and role expectations).
