As a Staff GTM Recruiter at BetterUp, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our growing Go-to-Market organization by identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional sales talent. You’ll partner closely with Sales and Revenue leaders to build hiring strategies, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and scale high-impact teams that drive BetterUp’s growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, brings deep expertise in enterprise sales recruiting, and has a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
What You’ll Do
Act as a strategic talent partner to Sales leadership (Director through VP+) across functions such as Enterprise Sales, Sales Development, Revenue Operations, and Solutions Consulting
Build and execute data-driven, forward-looking hiring strategies aligned to aggressive GTM goals
Drive full-cycle recruiting for high-impact GTM roles—sourcing, assessing, closing, and onboarding top-tier enterprise sales talent
Develop and manage a proactive sourcing strategy that builds a diverse, high-quality top-of-funnel pipeline
Set clear expectations and provide consultative guidance to hiring teams throughout the recruiting process
Create a rigorous, high-bar candidate assessment process focused on hiring proven B2B enterprise sellers—particularly those with experience in multi-product or complex solution selling into Fortune 500 organizations
Serve as a brand ambassador and cultivate meaningful candidate experiences that reflect BetterUp’s values and employer brand
Partner closely with HRBPs and Compensation teams to ensure equitable and competitive offers, while confidently speaking to pre-IPO equity and overall comp strategy
Continuously analyze and leverage recruiting data to improve time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness, and pipeline health
We’d Love to Hear From You If You Have:
7+ years of in-house recruiting experience, with at least 4 years focused on GTM/sales roles in a high-growth tech environment
Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring enterprise sales talent with experience selling complex B2B solutions to Fortune 500 companies
Strong track record of managing and influencing senior-level stakeholders (VP+)
Experience closing senior-level candidates and negotiating offers in competitive markets
Knowledge of recruiting systems (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, etc.) and sourcing best practices
A strong sense of ownership, bias for action, and a passion for delivering results

At BetterUp, we compensate our employees fairly for their work. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, residence location, as well as market indicators.
