Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Listings: Handle the complete process of uploading, auditing, and maintaining listings on the Batch platform.
• Ensure Accuracy: Review and update content for grammar, formatting, and category compliance.
• Partner Communication: Reach out to partners to gather missing information and resolve listing issues.
• Optimize Content: Write and edit clear, engaging titles and descriptions for listings.
• Task Management and Scheduling: Track and follow up on pending tasks, such as partner responses and Stripe updates, while coordinating calendar requests to ensure accurate availability for customer bookings.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Account Management, and other teams to support smooth processes.
• Problem-Solve: Troubleshoot issues with incomplete listings and find efficient solutions.
• Project Management: Manage multiple listings simultaneously, ensuring each is uploaded, audited, and completed on time. Plan and execute the process to make experiences live efficiently and accurately.
• Focus on Quality: Maintain high standards to ensure a great customer experience.
• Familiarity with Market Trends: Understanding of experience types and popularity to effectively rank and tag listings

Who are you?

• 1-2 years of experience preferably in a high-growth startup environment
• Will work 30 hours per week with the potential to turn to 40 hours per week
• A keen eye for accuracy in content, formatting, and categorization.
• Comfortable working with tools like Excel for CSV file exporting/importing and data management, Google Suite, and web platforms; familiarity with Stripe or HubSpot is a bonus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to track multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and follow up efficiently.
• You love team collaboration
• Open to learning new tools, processes, and responding to changes quickly.
